Gautamee begins installation of large diamter piles at high profile mumbai development
Gautamee, one of the leading geotechnical specialists, is working for Rajlakshmi Developers, to install large diameter pile at Dadar in Mumbai. Gautamee is conducting the foundation works at the site couple with ground retention with for multi-level basement structure.
The contract, which started in August 2014 and is scheduled for completion in October, will comprise the installation of 700mm and 1000mm diameter bearing piles, at a length of up to 12metres long, to create a basement. Two rotary bored piling rigs, HR130 and HR180, were deployed by Gautamee to engineer the piles into the Dadar Clay that forms the foundations of the iconic residential structure.
Gautamee undertakes foundation work for suyog developers
Leading specialist contractor within the piling industry, Gautamee, has started work on a new piling contract at Suyog Heights in Bhandup. The contract will see Gautamee undertake installation of group pile for the construction of a new twenty-story residential tower. The foundations for the new twenty-story tower have been installed using a Rotary HR 130 rig up to a maximum depth of 14 metres.
Gautamee started work on site at the end of August 2014, with the 281 No 600mm diameter piles due to be completed by the middle of November 2014. Due to the nature of the construction work, all piles at the site are required to socket into the underlying highly weathered rock beneath the site.
